BECAUSE WHEN YOU FOCUS ON THE MOMENT YOU COME TO REALIZE WHERE YOU HAVE MOST OF the POWER TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. +ALLOW ADVERSITY TO GRAB YOU- BY KNOWING YOURSELF THOROUGHLY YOU GIVE YOURSELF A  CHANCE  TO SEE YOUR OBSTACLE AS STEPPING STONES. SEE STRUGGLE AS-PATH TOWARDS YOUR GOAL. MEDITATE- OUR MUSCLES NEED TO BE EXERCISED TO IMPROVE STRENGTH, ENDURANCE, AND STAMINA. MENTAL EXERCISE CAN BE PRACTISED THROUGH CHOICES WE MAKE IN YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE. ALWAYS CHALLENGE YOURSELF- ALL GREAT CHANGES ARE PRECEDED WITH CHAOS RESPOND POSITIVITY -YOU HAVE NO CONTROL OVER WHAT COMES YOUR WAY, YES BUT YOUR REACTION CAN BE CONTROL, AS YOU CAN KEEP CALM AND JUST TRY TO FIND THE A TINT OF AFFIRMATIVE IN IT TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM STORMS.
