Ever thought about it. I just came up with many answers but one which will be the common for all is tatemae which means what a person pretends to believe, the behavior and opinion one must display to satisfy society demands .everyone hate to lie most of the relationship problems arise of just a lie. Some of them say they get disappointed when liars, pants doesn't actually catch a fire .some don't tolerate liers as they think they are too nice person but not stupid to know the difference because you think they don't respect you enough, to be honest .Some of them hate being lied straight to you face when you the truth. Remember if you cheat on someone that is willing to do anything then you are actually cheating yourself out of loyalty.
They defend themselves saying that they told a lie because the circumstances were such they were obliged to do so and they lied just to save their relationship with their family, friends, and soulmate, and pretend a day will come when you think yourself safe and happy .We humans don't get bothers with lie we take it as someone doubting our intelligence and then we find that as offensive and hate that person usually, liars are coward that are tempted to chase the fantasy of what could be instead of courageously .addressing their own self-destructive behavior and cultivating of what is.
Have you noticed narcissists try to destroy your life with lies
because they can be destroyed with the truth!!!
Better be slapped with the truth than kissed with lie.Finally you end up with never argue with someone who believes their own lies. Cheaters want you to be loyal while they are being unfaithful because one lie's enough to question all truth .You can try to test a person's integrity with their behavior when they are wrong. Nothing loses my interest faster than somebody lying to me .Sometimes people will be mad at you because you are not lying as they did. We become upset with them because we never can trust them again in life and then WE HAVE TRUST ISSUES.
TRUTH IS LIKE SURGERY ,
IT HURTS BUT IT CURES.
A LIE IS LIKE A PAIN KILLER,
IT GIVES INSTANT RELIEF;
BUT SIDE EFFECT LAST FOREVER.
SO, NOW ITS OUR CHOICE TO MAKE THE PEOPLE GO THROUGH SURGERY OR GIVE A PAIN KILLER.
AND REMEMBER A LIAR'S WORST ENEMY IS SOMEONE WITH A GOOD MEMORY.
